The dinamic participation with lectures and presentations of so many scholars, poets, writers and artists, their direct participation, the coordination of literary activity with its well known connections such as: IWA, WPS, IPRTC, Poets del Mundo, UPLI, World Poetry, etc., express genuinely not only the recognition and publication of our literary culture all over the world, but also the main subject in the embodyment of a common idealism for the emancipation of global society today and simultaneously express the great level of success achieved by us during all this flourishing green vegetation.

Kultura Shqiptare, si një kulturë e rrjedhur që nga lashtësia më e thellë dhe me gjenezë që nga pellazgët, ka kaluar dhe provuar gjithë qytetërimet, dhe, pse e kryqëzuar nga përplasjet e orientit me perëndimin, ajo përsëri ka lulëzuar dhe ka ruajtuar orgjinalitetin e vet me të gjitha “bukurimet ” e saj (epikën, legjendat, traditat e tjera foljore dhe folklore).
Albanian Culture, as a culture origination from ancient times with a connection with Pelasgians, has experienced and gone through many civilisations, although it has been a victim of clashes between the West and East, It has flourished and maintained its original values with its “beauty” (Epics, legends, Oral and Folklore traditions).

Mbi këtë shtrat dhe mbi këtë bazë reale të kulturës sonë u ringrit Letërsia Shqiptare e Re, e cila rinis me Rilindjen tonë Kombëtare, për të arritur tek autorët e viteve 30, më pas kemi realizmin socialist (ndikim i imponuar nga sistemi totalitar komunist), për të mbërritur tek pikëkthesa e madhe historike- letrare, pas viteve 90, ajo e një letërsie të lirë dhe postmoderne.

Over this bedrock and over this real cultural foundation was established our New Albanian Literature, which has begun since our National Renaissance, until the authors of the 1930s, later we have Social Realism, (a tradition imposed by the Totalitarian and Communist Regime), to arrive into the great historical turning poing, after the 1990s, that of a Free and Post Modern Literature.

Kohezioni krijuar, mungesa e hapësirave të lira, endja nëpër shkallaret e mentaliteteve konfromiste, do të rilindte në horizontin e letrave shqip, mendësinë e të bërit letërsi ndryshe, me startim të përzgjedhur nga qyteti çudi, qyteti mistik, qyteti i mendjeve të ndritura të kombit dhe i shkrimtarit të madh Ismail Kadare dhe e gjithë kjo lëvizje progresive do të pagëzohej me emrin e simbolit të muzave krjuese.

Nën këtë nismë dhe mision hyjnor, të endur nëpër dritëhijet dhe labirinthet e procesionit më të thellë meditiv dhe përshkrues, ne kemi bashkuar krahët dhe jemi shndërruar në ëngjëj të bardhë, ëngjëj frymëzues, ëngjëj, të cilët ringrihen mbi koloritë ylberësh dhe ëngjëj që shndrijnë Yllësinë e Universit.

Under this initative and the divine mission, running through the corners and shadows of the greatest process of meditation and description, we have gathered our arms and become into white angels, angels of inspiration, angels, who are raised over the rainbows’ colors and angels that enlighten the milky way of the universe.

Hapësira e madhe pegasiane na ka mbledhur sot ng ashumë vende dhe nga Daispora dhe nga qarqet akademike për të shkëmbyer përvojat tona letrare në këtë objekt lyç, për të kuptuar dhe njohur më mirë diversitetet tona kulturore, të cilat. edhe pse komunikojnë në gjuhë dhe tradita të ndryshme, flasin me një shpirt, me një pasion, me atë të fjalës së bukur artistike dhe estetike dhe frymojmë me tonalitet, duke luftuar asmatizmin dhe somnabulizmin...

Ne sot jemi të lumtur që në këtë event jemi bashkuar, si ambasadorë dhe emisarë të fjalës poetike dhe kulturave, që na përfaqësojnë, por sot ne jemi edhe më të lumtur, kur flasim me gjuhën e muzave dhe të perëndive të fjalës; flasim me devocionin e shpirtit të lirë krijues, i cili për çdo ditë rilind agime të përflakura shpresë dhe për çdo ditë ringreë madhështinë e gjenialitetit art.
